not a good week for the president between wisconsin and this gaff that made joe biden actually look eloquent with what he said the other day. it really was not the best week for the president. but i want to go back to the numbers. because i do think it's important. it's a primary reason he is putting forth that he should be re-elected it's 4.3 million jobs created. that seems to be the mantra of this administration, this campaign so far. why isn't the unemployment number lower? because it actually is higher. it is higher not just since he took office. it's higher since the stimulus, it is higher since last month. if you are creating all of these jobs. >> the unemployment numbers do a little trick here. sometimes they go up when they are getting better. people are coming into the work force and looking for jobs. they show up with the unemployment numbers. this is more than just a little science here. what we have to look at is under employment not the number of people who dropped out of the work force. much better rational for judging someone's economic performance. on that he has failed mise

you don't talk about allies and the part that went wrong, joe biden blames on the israelis -- i give him credit for a lot that he has done on overseas terrorism, but there is no need to put the nation's security at risk, troying to build up his reputation for the presidential election. you were there on 9/11, you know what it's about. i lost a lot of constituents, i know what it's about. they don't appreciate this day in and day out, how serious this is. >> jamie: i appreciate you weighing n. i know you will be very busy on this topic. >> jamie: great to see you. we both appreciate it. >> eric: thank you, congressman. to the voter fraud unit in florida. that's where they have stopped looking for illegal voters. local election officials say they have halted their effort to make sure that there were no noncitizen voters because they say, they just don't trust the state's voting list. this comes after the u.s. attorney general eric holder, moved to stop the effort to bounce people who are not american citizens from the roles. the justice fears that effort could violate the voting rights

instead of biden against ryan, it should be biden against biden. that way i think we'll get a fair exposition. this isn't two men auditioning for the job, even somebody judging as to whether biden deserves re-election. in this case, it's kind of like the spokesman for romney against the spokesman for obama. paul ryan is a uniquely articulate person with a uniquely profound understanding of what's going on in this country. i believe he's going to run rings around biden. i think that he will effectively close the case for romney. everybody's talking about how badly obama did in the debate. i'm talking about how great romney did. i think he explained his positions. he explained why taxing the rich won't work, because it's taxing the small businesses that create jobs. he's talked about the medicare issue. i think that this was a big win for romney. i think ryan will hammer it home. >> sean: they're going to sequester for six days biden? he can't come out in public? they're going to try to force his brain full of information? i just don't see that worki
